Phil Mickelson leads the 2019 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am by three shots as play resumes Monday at 11 a.m. Eastern.
The sun is out and skies appear to be free of any weather concerns. Sunday, all hail broke loose as play was suspended for poor weather before Mickelson and Paul Casey were able to tee off for the final round.
When play finally began, Mickelson heated up. He stands at 18-under after 70 holes. Scott Stallings and Casey are tied for second at 15-under. Stillman finished play Sunday, while Casey was left with a four-foot putt on 16 when darkness halted play Sunday.
Mickelson wanted to try and finish Sunday, but neither Casey nor the solar system was willing to go along.
As the sun sank into the Pacific Ocean, Lefty’s hope for a fifth win in the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am was put on hold until the morning.
